Traditional Bavarian Desserts (in Englischer Sprache)
The trained chef and board member of the Munich Food Council Susanne Kiehl takes you on a culinary journey to Bavaria's sweet deserts.
Bavaria's dessert offering is varied in taste and structure.
In this workshop we will explore local traditional treats such as Apfelkücherl, Rohrnudeln, Rupfhauben, Auszogne und Bayrisch Creme.
We will talk about different types of flour, apples and frying styles. All dishes will be prepared from scratch with love! You will be provided with familiy recipes, which can easily be prepared at home.
